today i found solution blacklist form XC iptv v1.x.x
i saw in there you must buy for this simple solutution with NULLED VERSION who cares about it...!!!! do not buy nulled version...

to many IP address i try to found this solution but today im ready streaming with all source m3u all on world of internet..

if u need fresh ip address just try VPS trial (google is best Friends) to try this before you buy for real your own IPTV Panel...

TRIAL ERORR will improve you to find the best installed panel
shut up! man to many talking lets starts try....

ok here is :

1. open ur vps with fresh installed ubuntu version 14 or 16 im use v16 ubuntu on this case.. but that choice is up to you friend

2. dont installed the panel but open your WinSCP and login in ur VPS
install it and login in
