instructions:
1.Start the engine BEFORE inserting the dvd in the navi unit!! (that take off power of the navi for 3 seconds)
2.your battery must be in good condition (not low battery)
3.after download complete, check if your downloaded files are all downloaded 100%, that there is no corrupted file which need to be downloaded again

Accord 2009, 2010 - FAILED MANY TIMES!! DO NOT UPDATE AS YOU MAY END WITH THE BRICKED UNIT!!!
As explained this might happen:
Guys for the safety precaution I suggest you that you rather don't even try the update if your car is 2009 or newer!! Better wait for the fix! If you get black screen, there is nothing you can do except replacing the DVD unit (BN418PO, BN418PB)!
Edit 4.8.2016 - added new links for properly patched both DVD's so there is no "Black screen" scenario which was happened on some occasions with previous release.
